Important Auctioneers Note: Due to BTR’s constant expansion and upgrades, they no longer have use for their west grain elevator complex located in Leeds, ND. This property will be sold as one bid for the entire complex. It is listed separately for the purpose to inform everyone what is included in this unique piece of property.

Winning Bidder: The winning bidder will be required to issue a check for the entire amount immediately after the auction is completed. At that time they will be guaranteed a clear title. This property is not leased nor has any ties to the railroad. The winning bidder will be required to sign an agreement that this elevator can never be used for the purpose of buying and selling grain from/for any person or company which would result in “competing” with BTR.
